Welcome to ARMOUR Fitness Factory. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, gym facilities, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Members under 18 may be required to provide parental or guardian consent before accessing gym facilities or training programs. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security.

3. Memberships & Payments

Access to gym facilities and premium features requires an active membership. Membership fees, renewal cycles, freezes, upgrades, and refunds are governed by the plan you select and the policies displayed at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Attendance & Facility Rules

Members must check in using the QR-based attendance system and follow all posted gym rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Sessions may auto-close after a set duration to keep attendance records accurate. ARMOUR reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke access for behavior that endangers members, staff, or property.

5. AI-Generated Workout & Diet Plans

AI-generated workout, nutrition, and recovery plans are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new training or diet program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, allergy, or are pregnant. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Physical training carries inherent risks including injury. You are responsible for training with proper form, using appropriate loads, warming up, and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that ARMOUR is not liable for injuries resulting from your use of equipment, facilities, or programs, except where prohibited by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass access controls, share accounts, upload harmful content, harass other members or staff, scrape data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including branding, logos, exercise library, plan templates, UI, and software — is owned by ARMOUR Fitness Factory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as progress photos, notes, and measurements). By uploading, you grant ARMOUR a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from Profile Settings. ARMOUR may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its community. Certain provisions (liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMOUR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, AI-generated recommendations, or gym facilities.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available within the application and on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location where ARMOUR Fitness Factory operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion first and, if unresolved, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
